On Tuesday, March 18th from 5-7 pm South High School will host a FAFSA Night at the South High School Media Center for all Seniors who have not had the chance to fill out a FAFSA. All senior students and families are invited to learn step by step how to complete the FAFSA. Financial experts and translators will be available to answer all your questions in English and Spanish, and to help with possible CAFSA applications. There will also be a light dinner of Chick-fil-a sandwiches provided by CSU Pueblo.

Students & Guardians are encouraged to bring their computers, tax information from 2023, their Social Security numbers and FSA ID. Please refer to the Student Resources posted in the “Senior Class of 2025” Google Classroom for additional application information.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Sign Up Today for the CSU-P Field Trip

We are scheduled to visit Colorado State University (CSU) - Pueblo on Tuesday, March 18th from 8am to 2:30 pm. Students will receive first hand classroom experiences filled with hands-on activities to immerse themselves in Health Sciences fields. They will have a better understanding of what career fields are associated with these programs and the expectations/demands expected of them. During our time there, CSU - Pueblo will provide all our students lunch to offer our students a genuine college campus experience. Please return your signed permission slip to Mrs. Maschger in the counseling office by March 13th.
Field trip permission slips are available to pick up in the counseling office. All students must turn in a signed permission slip to Mrs. Maschger to attend. Space is limited to 50 students so the list will be organized by First come First served.
