Pueblo South High School Class of 2026 member Kade Ortiz received a scholarship to York University, where he will continue his academic and baseball journey.
“My goal is to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and work for a company where I can use my skills as a project manager,” Kade said. “I want to help lead successful projects and grow professionally in a strong company.
“I enjoyed South and am grateful for all of my teachers and the experiences that have got me where I am today. I would like to give a shout out to Mrs. Albo and Mrs. Tapia.”
Kade is a member of the Azteca Blue baseball team, back-to-back champions of the Tony Andenucio Tournament.
